Suggestion Therapy utilises ‘hypnosis’ or state of concentrated attention combined with the spoken word to shape the psyche in the direction of health and wellbeing as desired by the patient. With your imagination you can rehearse performance of your goals in your psyche thus activating your innate abilities. Clinical trials have provided strong evidence of the importance of the connection between mind and body. The beneficial placebo effect discovered in medicine trials and the increased athletic performance attained through visualisation techniques are just some examples of how thoughts and feelings can impact on physical and psychological well-being.
In the first session you will learn how to develop the ability to focus your mind and achieve clarity with your intentions. In the sessions thereafter you will create and put into action a new frame of reference that supports your desired state, how you wish to be.
